2. Consultation Services (Live Sessions)
Cancellation Before Session
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If canceled within this period, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Digital Services & Business Plans
Because business plans, strategy documents, and digital deliverables are customized and begin processing shortly after purchase:
